What psychometric assessments do
A good psychometric assessment will give you a clear understanding of who you are and where you will thrive.

The process
1. Get in touch. We understand that your situation is unique. So we speak with you and then recommend assessments to suit you and your budget.
2. Take the assessment. This is usually done online and takes up to 30 minutes to complete. Some of our more advanced assessments are administered face to face in our London offices.
3. Personalised feedback session. Face to face feedback session with Marc Jerrard. This usually takes around 1.5 to 2 hours. You will gain comprehensive feedback on your profile, go through some recommended actions relating to your profile, and establish a plan for career change actions moving forward. For our more advanced assessments you will receive a final copy of your report, including recommended actions, a few weeks after your feedback session.
4. Moving it forward. Assessments are only useful if you take action on what you learn. So we follow up our assessments with face to face coaching sessions with our leading career change coach. Here you will match up what your assessment outcome means for your career future, define your own criteria for career change, explore the options available and how to get them, and establish a routemap to successful career change.
How much does it cost?
Assessment fees start from £275 upwards, depending on the assessment chosen and the level of follow up you require. Let us know your budget and needs, and we will do our best to arrange a package to suit you.
